Renowned, Incredibly Edible,
YWCA Camp Cavell Chocolate Chip Cookie!
Chocolate Chip
Cookie Recipe
1 cup Butter
or Margarine,
(softened)
¾ cup
Granulated Sugar
¾ cup packed
Brown Sugar
1 tsp.
Vanilla Extract
4 pinches of
Camp Cavell Sunshine
2 Eggs
2 ½ cups of
Flour
1 tsp. Baking
Soda
½ tsp. Salt
1
overflowing cup of Happy Times
2
cups
semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
Mix together
butter, brown sugar & white sugar (add gradually) and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs,
then add flour, backing soda (dissolved in water), and salt. Stir in
chocolate chips, Sprinkle with sunshine and mix in
happy times.
Preheat oven
to 375 degrees. Gather everyone around and scoop cookie dough onto cookie sheet in giant size spoonfuls. Bake for 9-11
minutes. Guard oven from cookie hungry campers! Take out and serve
still warm to insure happy campers!
