 These weekends are specially designed for your comfort & enjoyment! Come to camp for an inexpensive getaway while enjoying our warm hospitality, and exciting programs on beautiful Lake Huron!

Our three day package includes:

wonderful home cooked meals, camp lodging, and great programs! Sit in on a session on the Great Lakes, join a Stretch & Tone Class, relax on the beach or catch our Nature Walk. In the evenings Dance with us, join in on Bingo, or compete at Cards... there is something for everyone at Camp Cavell!

Choose to just relax and enjoy, or

try a variety of our activities. You can join our fitness classes or just be creative in our specialty craft sessions. For adventure try our technical tree climbing or a kayak! We prepare wonderful meals and serve great chocolate chip cookies. Coffee is on, come join us!

Located in Lexington Michigan

only 90 miles northeast of Detroit, CAMP CAVELL combines over 55 acres of wooded and recreational land to create a perfect setting for a camp experience. Its rustic buildings with natural stone fireplaces create a relaxing atmosphere. Mature timber stands, open meadow and a natural creek border on 1800 feet of dramatic Lake Huron shoreline.

Share a cabin with friends new and old. Each camp cabin sleeps 8 people, they are heated and have bathrooms with showers. The beds have firm twin size mattresses. You can sign up for a cabin when you arrive.

Our site is now 80% accessible.

Ramps and walkways make it easier to travel from one place to another and our lodge offers a beautiful view of Lake Huron. A new ramp takes you down the cliff to the gazebo and onto the beach. Even our hayride is accessible!
